Heat transfer specialist Fulton Limited has confirmed that Leigh Bryan has assumed the role of Managing Director with immediate effect, marking the next phase in the leadership transition, which reinforces the company’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence within the UK heat transfer sector.
Leigh originally joined Fulton in 2017 and now steps into the Managing Director position as the company continues to strengthen its focus on innovation, operational excellence and long-term growth across the UK and international heat transfer markets.
Commenting on his appointment, Leigh Bryan says: “Fulton has a proud history in the UK and a clear role to play in helping customers improve efficiency and decarbonise their operations. Stepping into the new role, my priority is to keep us close to our customers, deepen collaboration across our teams and bring forward steam and hot water solutions that deliver tangible value on site. I am looking forward to working with Jenny and colleagues across the business to drive the next phase of growth.”
Fulton’s leadership transition sees Jenny Hammond retaining her role as Director of Operations, continuing to oversee day-to-day operational performance across the UK business. Meanwhile, Carl Knight has stepped down as UK Director and will remain with the company until his retirement on 15 July 2026.
